These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of Stable X (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the website https://stablexex.com/ (the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

The Platform provides digital asset exchange services only, allowing users to exchange fiat currency or other supported assets for USDT (Tether).

Stable X does not:

  • Provide investment, financial, or legal advice
  • Act as a financial advisor, broker, or custodian
  • Guarantee the value, legality, or future performance of USDT
  • Control, issue, or operate USDT or the underlying blockchain

3. No Responsibility for Scams or Third-Party Losses

Once USDT is delivered to the wallet address provided by the user, the transaction is final and irreversible. Stable X has no control over the digital assets after delivery.

Stable X is not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Scams, fraud, or phishing schemes
  • Fake investment opportunities
  • Third-party platforms, brokers, wallets, or individuals
  • Sending USDT to an incorrect or fraudulent address

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions cannot be reversed, and any loss resulting from misuse or fraud is entirely your responsibility.

4. User Responsibility

  • You understand how cryptocurrency wallets and transactions work
  • You are solely responsible for verifying wallet addresses
  • You conduct your own due diligence before using USDT
  • You comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Stable X shall not be liable for losses resulting from user error, negligence, or misunderstanding of cryptocurrency technology.

5. Risk Disclosure

  • Cryptocurrencies involve significant risk
  • Market prices may be volatile
  • Regulatory frameworks may change
  • You may lose part or all of your funds

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stable X shall not be liable for loss of funds, loss of profits, or indirect or consequential damages.

If liability is imposed, it shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the user for the relevant transaction.

7. Eligibility & Compliance

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally permitted to use cryptocurrency exchange services
  • You are not using the Platform for unlawful activities

Stable X reserves the right to refuse or terminate services at its discretion.

8. Amendments

Stable X may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable European Union jurisdiction.
